On June 2nd, 2018 Liza and Derrick McSwain along with Chief Butcher and Charcutier Rusty Bowers (Pine Street Market) and Executive Chef Rusty Bowers (Hyatt Regency Atlanta) created our first “Saturday Supper BBQ”.

The evening began with Georgia Smorgasbord followed by a selection of Southern favorites:

Grilled Asparagus with Lemon Parsley Gremolada

Baked Macaroni and Cheese

Assorted Southern Pastries
