On Sunday June 3, 2018 Sandy Moon and Fio Williamson hosted a Sunday Supper in downtown Atlanta. They and their guests enjoyed a 5 course meal prepared by Chef Drew Van Leuvan of Seven Lamps restaurant. Chef Drew has been recognized as “Chef on the Rise” by Food and Wine magazine.

Menu:

Cocktail Hour:

Pea flower infused gin, Blackberry, preserved lime, Prosecco and Lemon Thyme Cocktail

Canape:

Smoked Trout, Horseradish Mousse & Dill Macaroon

1st :

Tomato & Cucumber Gazpacho & Avocado, White Chocolate & Horseradish Granita

2nd:

Tortelliini – stuffed with Fontina & Ricotta, Soffritto, Bread Crumbs & Grana Padano

3rd:

Black Bass, Summer Peas, Saffron Fennel & Leek Vinaigrette

4th:

Duck Confit, Roasted Grapes, Golden Raisins, Zucchini & Marcona Almonds Sherry

5th:

Baked Chocolate Mousse, Bourbon Ganache, Milk Sherbet & Werther’s Caramel
