Fulton County Neighborhood Senior Centers

MOWA manages seven Neighborhood Senior operating within Fulton County. Seniors age 60 or older are provided transportation to local centers for activities that strengthen, inspire and empower. Last year 532 seniors attending workshops or trainings that focused on the seven dimensions of wellness activities that includes, but not limited to vocational, occupational, intellectual, spiritual, emotional, physical, environmental activities. In addition, member also participated in Zumba, arts and crafts, dances, plays and senior events. Our meal program is another vital component of the Neighborhood Senior Centers.


  • The minimum eligibility age requirement is 60 years for all non- Atlanta Housing Authority (AHA) Participants. A participant must be 60 years of age or older; or be the spouse of a participant 60 years or older; or a disabled relative living in the home of a participant 60 years of age or older. Meals On Wheels Atlanta accepts AHA Housing Choice Voucher participants 55 and older.
  • Participants must be a resident of Fulton County. If a senior center is located within a senior housing facility, disabled adult residents may attend the center.
  • Participants must exhibit independence and ability for self care.

Center Hours

  • Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM. Daily scheduled activities run between 10:00 AM until 2:00 PM.
